Get paid for the work you've already signed off.
AI companies are paying for years of engineering changes, design reviews, supplier corrective actions and maintenance records. Export-controlled data stays out. We check if yours qualify, introduce you to the right buyer and stay with you until you're paid.
Two minutes. No access to your systems. Nothing upfront.
What aerospace companies like yours can earn.
It depends mostly on how many engineering, quality, programme and office staff you have, and how many years of records you keep.
Our market estimate for a US company with 8–12 years on its tools, built from three buyers' published pricing. Staff means engineering, quality, programme and office staff. Not an offer: the buyer sets the price after review.
Recent deals
CAD drawings, calculations, technical reports and specs.
Communications, product knowledge, order history and supplier records.
Dispatch, customer messages, SOPs and logistics workflows.
No aerospace company has published a deal yet. These are the closest published comparisons from 2026, as reported by the firms that did them. Not independently verified. Owners aren't named.
What buyers pay for at an aerospace company
AI has read the standards. It has almost never seen how a change, a bad part or a grounded aircraft actually gets handled.
Engineering changes, requirements and design reviews
How a change request becomes a released design: who reviews it, how it traces back to requirements and verification, and why some changes are turned down. Almost none of this is public.
Lives inCATIA or 3DEXPERIENCE, NX and Teamcenter, Windchill, Jama, DOORS or Polarion
Supplier quality and corrective actions
How a non-conformance gets found, dispositioned and traced to a root cause, and the 8D or CAPA that stops it coming back.
Lives inMasterControl or ETQ, SAP, email
Maintenance and MRO workflows
How work packages get planned, findings get written up and aircraft go back into service, and what happens when a part is late.
Lives inAMOS, Trax, IFS, email
Programmes, proposals and bids
How cost, schedule and risk calls get made on a programme, and how bids get priced, reviewed, won or lost.
Lives inDeltek Costpoint, SAP, Jira and Confluence, SharePoint, Teams
Your clients and team are never named.
Before anything is delivered, an independent firm swaps every name, contact detail, address and reference number for a consistent placeholder. The work stays readable. The people in it don't.

Re: NCR-0932, housing HX-5520, lot 7716, corrective action request
Receiving inspection rejected 14 of 60 housings from lot 7716. Disposition: return to supplier, not use-as-is. We need an 8D with containment in 48 hours and root cause by 12 May. This is the third NCR on this part in a year, so it goes to our AS9100 supplier review. PO 4500-21873 is on hold. Call me on 937-555-0116.

Re: N417HR grounded at Wichita, work order WO-55821
N417HR is grounded after last night's check: 7 findings, one needs a part. Calder Aviation Supply can deliver Thursday. Option 1: wait two days. Option 2: swap to N422HR and keep Friday's charter. I recommend the swap; findings 5 and 7 are cabin items we can defer. Logged in AMOS. Reach me on 316-555-0177.

8–16 weeksAerospace companies with years of decisions in writing.
- 30+ engineering, quality, programme and office staff, now or at your peak
- 5+ years on the same email and PLM or ERP tools
- Work run in writing: ECOs, NCRs, work orders, email
- ITAR, EAR and CUI material can be kept apart from the rest of your records
- US, Canada or UK, mostly in English
Export-controlled technical data (ITAR or EAR), CUI and anything classified are left out by default, and you approve the scope in writing. Operating, winding down or closed: all can qualify.
Questions owners ask us
What about ITAR, EAR, CUI and defence work?
Left out by default: export-controlled technical data, Controlled Unclassified Information, anything classified and anything a government contract's data clauses restrict. The rest of your operational record can still qualify, and you approve the scope in writing.
Should our export-control officer review this?
Yes. Rules depend on your contracts, licences and where you operate, so check with your export-control or trade-compliance officer before you sign. You see the scope, the de-identification method and a sample of your own records early, so they have what they need to review.
Does Residual see or hold our records?
No. We never clean, hold or touch your data. We value your records, introduce you to the buyer and negotiate the licence. The buyer does the extraction and de-identification, only within the scope you approved.
Will customers, suppliers or aircraft be named?
No. Names, emails, phone numbers, part numbers, tail numbers and supplier names are replaced with consistent placeholders before anything is delivered, and you approve a sample of your own records first.
Who counts toward the 30 staff?
Everyone whose work is in writing: engineers, quality, planners, programme managers, buyers, maintenance control and admin. Shop-floor and hangar technicians don't need to count.
What does it cost?
Nothing upfront. If a deal completes, you pay our success fee, agreed in writing under a mutual NDA before any introduction. No deal, no fee.
